1. Race : 5km in 24 minutes ( Male ) and 1.6 km in 8 minutes 30 seconds ( Female )

2. Race : 1.6 km in 7 minutes ( Male ) and 800 meters in 5 minutes ( Female )

SSC GD 2023 PMT : 

1. General / SC / OBC : Male – 170 cm / Female – 157 cm

2. ST : Male – 162 cm / Female – 150 cm

Chest : 

1. General / SC / OBC Male : 80 cm – 85 cm

2. ST Male : 76 cm – 81 cm
