3. For Assistant Section Officer ( ASO ) & Others :
◆ Candidate must have completed – Graduate in any Stream.

◆ Tier-1 : Written Examination ( CBT )
◆ Tier-2 : Written Exam ( CBT ) and DEST
◆ Document Verification
The SSC CGL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process consists of multiple stages as mentioned below :
◆ Tier-1 : Computer Based Test, which is the first stage of the selection process
◆ Tier-2 : Computer Based Test, which includes – Paper-l, ll & lll
◆ These papers are conducted on separate days and in separate shifts
◆ Paper-l is mandatory for all the posts, Paper-ll is conducted for candidates who have applied for the post of JSO in Ministry if Statistics and Programme Implementation.
◆ Paper-lll is for candidates who are shortlisted in Tier-1 for Paper-lll. For the post of AAO / Assistant Account Officer.
