Candidates aspiring to become a Village Agriculture Worker ( VAW ) should possess the following educational qualifications :
◆ Candidate must have completed – +2 Science OR
◆ +2 Vocational course in Agriculture related subject in Crop Production / Horticulture / Repair and Maintenance of Power Driven Farm Machinery from any recognized Board / Council / Institutions.
◆ A Diploma in Agriculture Polytechnic under Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology ( OUAT ) shall be desirable and 5% of the marks secured in the Written Examination of the post shall be awarded for such qualifications.
